Her death, which occurred at the Collie Hospital during the previous night was preceded by only a short illness (diphtheria - pneumonia), and came as a severe shock to all who knew her.
Miss THOMAS had lived in Collie only four years, but during that time her pleasant disposition and kindly nature won for her numerous friends and her passing will leave a void in many lives which even time itself will never fill.
