Mario came across these when researching old
cemeteries in the Port Adelaide area of South Australia.
St Paul Anglican Cemetery, first burial: 1846. gazetted for closure:
1874. last burial in family plot: 1928.
It was developed into a park in
1994. There were 7 headstones still standing at the time of the
cemetery closure which have been included in the redevelopment. There
were approx 3000 burials there,
